Kyotex k-System sock-gluing head at the tape line

Kyotex.

The solvent-free answer to sock-lining — KYO 100, 101, 500 and B20 systems, where the machine and the tape are engineered as one so a strobel line runs without a glue pot at all.

Named after the Kyoto Protocol and built for it. No solvent, no pot to clean at shift end, no half-litre of adhesive thrown away with it. The k-System lays a hot-melt tape at line speed, and tape widths from 91 to 500 mm cover insole, sock and heel-grip work on the same bench.

One craft, done completely.

Every house here is a specialist, not a generalist. Merckens has made board on the same river since 1888; Davos has worked in rubber for seventy years. A house that makes everything makes nothing well enough to specify.

Not a price list — a graded range with a reason for each grade. Four CJM shankboards for four categories of shoe. The Ecostick® range in three chemistry families, each matched to its materials. If the range cannot be explained, it cannot be specified.

Paperwork that travels.

European and US norms, tested and documented — ISO, REACH, TÜV, FSC®, GRS, SATRA. An Indian exporter is audited on the materials inside the product, so every house must be able to prove what it sells.

Compliance

Willing to come to the floor.

The house has to be prepared to put a technician on an Indian production line — for a trial, a difficult substrate or a commissioning. We hold the stock and take the call; they stand behind it.
